ESIC
company has to register for PF & ESIC when company
strength is more than 19 cumpulsorily and also mind you that if any of the
group companies are already registered then also irrespective of the strength
you will have to register...there are many instances where companies had to
register though there is no strict guideline on it.
ESIC is cut when the gross is below 15,000 accept travelling allowance. PF if the basic is 6500.
- Per month ESIC deduct the employee's salary as a half payment, the other half payment is paid by company.
- The benefit of ESI is laid by employee & its family.
- To added a name list of ESIC, go to your nearest ESIC circular & visit with you & your parents/spouse.
- After applicable ESIC, any disease will cure at ESIC at free of cost.
ESIC CARD
Every ESIC candidate should be a valid ESI Card. ESI Card is made instruction of Your company or discussed with your accountant. There will not entry at hospital without a ESI Card.
